Kimmel Street, Marion, Illinois 62929, the maximum principal amount of One-Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000), together with interest on the unpaid Principal Amount (as defined below) outstanding from time to time at the rate or rates hereafter specified and any and all other sums which may be owing to the Lender by the Borrower hereunder.

Kimmel Street, Marion, Illinois 62929, the maximum principal amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00) (the “Principal Amount”), together with interest on the unpaid Principal Amount outstanding from time to time at the rate or rates hereafter specified and any and all other sums which may be owing to the Lender by the Borrower hereunder.
