This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms a part of the Agreement under which ServiceNow provides the Subscription Service, and is entered into by and between ServiceNow and Customer. This DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with respect to the Processing of Personal Data submitted to the Subscription Service and is intended supplement (and not replace) any Processing terms contained in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this DPA and the terms of the Agreement with respect to the subject matter herein, this DPA shall control. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
