This PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and effective as of June 4, 2018 (“Effective Date”), between the City of La Puente, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Chambers Group, Inc., a California corporation, (“Consultant”). The City and Consultant are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
