This item is to award a trade contractor agreement to SaBell Civil and Landscape for the Auburn Hills Park Improvements Project (CIP 20-008). The contract amount is $1,145,410.00 including a $163,000 (14%) allowance to add geotechnical scope back in that was removed from the design pre-bid to level the budget, and a $134,000 (12%) contingency for unforeseen conditions and/or scope changes. The allowance and contingency components are held outside of the contract by the Town and are added back into the contract as necessary via Change Order.
