Hospitality proposes to construct a 5 - 6 story, 120 - 130 room full service hotel. The site is adjacent to Sikes Blvd. generally depicted on Exhibit A. It is the intention of the parties that there will be joint marketing efforts to promote the hotel as support for Center events.

Hospitality proposes to construct a 5 - 6 story, 120 - 130 room full service hotel. The site is south of the Center and is generally depicted on Exhibit A. It is the intention of the parties that there will be joint marketing efforts to promote the hotel as support for Center events.
