Representation Mortgage Loan Description of Exception 34(i) The ground lessee under the Ground Lease must obtain the ground lessor’s prior written approval with respect to any sublease pursuant to which the subtenant is responsible for the construction of building improvements for any subleased premises containing 10,000 or more square feet of land area. 34(l) The related Ground Lease requires that a new lease be provided to ground lessee in the event that the Ground Lease is terminated for any reason but does not specifically identify a rejection of the Ground Lease in a bankruptcy proceeding.
