These Terms and Conditions for the Software License for the Centrella® Smart+ Bed (this “Agreement”) s et forth the terms applicable to your use of the accompanying and embedded software in the Centrella® Smart+ Bed (the “Product”). For the purposes of this Agreement, “you” means the purchaser of the Product with the Software, and “Licensor” means Hill-Rom Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates. For purposes of this Agreement, “Software” means the object code version of the accompanying and embedded software in the Product and all third - party software that Licensor may have purchased, licensed, or otherwise acquired fromthird parties and delivered to you as part of the Product.
