The below sets forth the agreement between you (“YOU”) and Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Hedeager 44, 8200 Aarhus N, company reg. no. 10 40 37 82, Denmark (“VESTAS”) concerning the submission by YOU to VESTAS of photograph(s) of wind power site(s) (“Photograph(s)”) (the “Agreement”). The Agreement makes up the rights and obligations of YOU and VESTAS in regards to the Photograph(s).
