This contract is based on the established educational goals of the University, consideration for other residents, health and safety standards, and compliance with established laws and University policies. Adapted facilities are available to accommodate residents with documented disabilities. Applicants with qualifying disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodations or modifications to this contract.
