This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Cliff Shadows Homeowners Association and the Association Member or Renter named below for the use of the Clubhouse. The use or rental of the Clubhouse property shall be for the type of function indicated below and shall be in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the Rules and Regulation, and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Cliff Shadows Homeowners Association, all may be amended from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
