This agreement (the “Agreement”), dated September 1, 2021(the “Effective Date”), is between the City of Abilene, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas (“City”), and the Abilene Zoological Society, Inc., a non-profit organization (“Society”). Collectively, the City and Society shall be described as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
