The Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego County (RCD) manages the community garden in the Sweetwater Regional Park on behalf of the County of San Diego. This contract is between you (the gardener) and the Resource Conservation District (RCD). In renting a garden plot, you (the gardener) agree to the following terms. The RCD reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any violation of the items listed within these Terms β as outlined below.
