This Memorandum of Understanding for the Development of a Groundwater Sustainability Plan (“GSP”) for the San Pasqual Valley Groundwater Basin (“MOU”) is entered into and effective this day of , 2017 by and between the County of San Diego (“County”) and the City of San Diego (“City”). The County and the City are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties.”
