By purchasing, acquiring, or otherwise receiving an NFT that originated from Digital Arts & Sciences, Inc., (“Player Zero Records”) and links to these PLAYER ZERO RECORDS NFT Terms (each, a “Founders Pass NFT”), you agree to these PLAYER ZERO RECORDS NFT Terms (the “NFT Terms”). These NFT Terms, along with the Player Zero Records User Terms of Service, made available at below and incorporated herein by reference, are collectively referred to as the “Agreement.”
