In addition to the negotiated base wage increase, administration is recommending an increase to supplemental salary amounts to complete the transition to the AASD Compensation Framework. Finally, administration is recommending a one-time stipend for some individuals whose salaries are increased by a lesser amount as we complete the migration from the traditional salary schedule to the Compensation Framework. The one-time stipend will greatly equalize the impact of the transition.
