, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Bankroll Club LLC (“Tenant”), Chestnut Square Associates, LP (“Owner”), the Center City Residents’ Association (“CCRA”), William Penn House Cooperative Association (“WPH”), 1920 Chestnut Street Condominium Association (“1920 Chestnut”), and Robin Apartments, Inc. (“Robin Apartments”). Each of Tenant, Owner, CCRA, WPH, 1920 Chestnut and Robin Apartments may be referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
