THIS CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 3, 2013 by and among Strathspey Crown Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Parent”), Evolus, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the shareholders of the Company listed on the signature pages hereto (each a “Contributor” and collectively, “Contributors”), and J.
