THIS DECOMMISSIONING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2022 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between High Banks Wind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”) and Republic County, Kansas, a governmental entity in the State of Kansas (“County”). County and Developer may each be referred to herein individually as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”.
