This document represents a Contract between A-1 Broadcast, Inc. (“A-1B”), and Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando (“Company” or “Client” or “Visit Orlando”) for the services listed. Visit Orlando and A1-B entered into that certain Co-op Satellite Tour Service Agreement executed as of , December 8, 2020 (“Original Agreement”). The parties desire to amend and restate the Original Agreement in its entirety on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Original Agreement shall be terminated and be of no further force and effect, and shall be superseded and replaced in its entirety by this Agreement.
