MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT This Manufacturing and Supply Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the 10th day of September, 2010 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Precision Dose, Inc., an Illinois corporation ("PRECISION DOSE"), and Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Elite Laboratories, Inc. (a subsidiary of Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), both Delaware corporations ("ELITE").
