This Building Inspection and Code Enforcement Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective November 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between Denmark Township, 14008 90th Street S., Hastings, MN 55033, a Minnesota public corporation (“Town”), and Stensland Inspections, 15199 8th Street N., Stillwater, MN 55082 (“Inspector”). Town and Inspector may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
