This Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) can be entered into separately or as an extension of the GEAR-X Medical Evacuation Membership services contract and is between You (named in the Confirmation of Registration) and Special Projects and Services – Asia Pte. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Us, Our, We). It provides access to GEAR Member Benefits only and the additional response capabilities defined herein.
