This Donation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 28th day of November 2016 between The City of Denton, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter “Denton”) and The City of Múzquiz, a political subdivision of the Free and Sovereign State of Coahuila, Mexico,
