This Agreement supersedes the original Joint Powers Agreement dated April 11, 1972, as amended and restated September 12, 1995, and thereafter amended May 16, 2000. Terms beginning with capital letters are defined in Exhibit A. The County and cities are collectively referred to as the Agencies. The Authority shall continue pursuant to the Act.
