Delivery and pick-up times are approximate. We make our delivery schedules 24-48 hours in advance. To accommodate the needs of all of our customers, we may arrive up to (4) four hours before your event to deliver, and up to (4) hours after to pick up the equipment. Customer is responsible for, and required to stay with all the equipment until our representative picks it up, or other arrangements have been made.
