This Porter Box Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between you (“Lessee”) and MWJ LLC (dba PORTER BOX STORAGE) located at 4307 Wheeler Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22304 (“Lessor”), and sets forth the terms and conditions on which you agree to rent a portable storage container unit (the “Container”) from PORTER BOX STORAGE. By acknowledging this Agreement, you agree to lease the Container from PORTER BOX STORAGE on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
