This New Mexico Medicaid Managed Care Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and among Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM), a Division of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company organized under the laws of, and domiciled in, the State of Illinois and lawfully operating in New Mexico pursuant to certification from the New Mexico Office of the Superintendent of Insurance (sometimes referred to herein as “Corporation”), and
