This Agreement For Local Interconnection (‘Agreement”) made this day of , 2006, is by and between Clear Creek Mutual Telephone Company, an Oregon Cooperative (“Clear Creek”), having its principal place of business at 18238 S Fischers Mill Road, Oregon City, OR 97045-9696 and Beaver Creek Cooperative Telephone Company (“BCT”), an Oregon Cooperative, having its principal place of business at 15223 S Henrici Road, Oregon City, OR 97045. Clear Creek and BCT may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
