This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the last date of execution by all parties (the “Effective Date”), by and among Dean Hollander (“Hollander”), Renovate America, Inc. (“RAI”), and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Renovate America, Inc. (“Committee”). Hollander, RAI, and Committee are each a Party and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
