These Client Terms, together with any Client Form (defined in clause 1), set out the agreement (this ‘Agreement’) under the terms of which V-AUS TRANS PTY LTD ACN 139 611 724 (‘V-AUS TRANS’) provides Services (defined in clause 2) to you or the company which you represent (the 'Client').
