This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of July 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Jackson County Tourism Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), having its principal place of business at 116 Central Street, Sylva, North Carolina 28779, and Rawle Murdy, a division of Buffalo Groupe, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “Rawle Murdy” or “Buffalo”) having its principal place of business at 960 Morrison Drive, Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29403 USA. This agreement supersedes the original agreement dated July 1, 2020.
