THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA (the "County"), a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida whose address is 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801, on behalf of its Head Start Division, and GIFT OF SWIMMING. INC., a not- for- profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida at 205 Windermere Road, Winter Garden, FL 34787. The County and Agency may be referred individually as "party" and collectively as ''parties".
