Instructions These instructions should be deleted prior to finalisation of the agreement. This document should not be altered or amended. The Homestay Responsibility Agreement should be provided to the homestay provider together with Attachment 1 Homestay Terms and Conditions and relevant school policies including the school’s: critical incident procedures child safe policies including the school’s child safety code of conduct and procedures for identifying and responding to child abuse any other relevant school policies the homestay provider should be aware of. This form is used by the homestay provider, student, student’s parents and school in order to agree on expectations, roles and responsibilities in regard to the provision of homestay accommodation. Homestay providers and the school representative should sign this agreement prior to or on the day of the student’s arrival. Students should be briefed on the terms of this agreement within the first week of the student’s arrival. A
