Together with the Premises, common areas, parking spaces (if any), any of the Institute’s furniture, fixtures, appliances and equipment. PREMISES Resident agrees to accept Premises “as is” in regards to furniture, fixtures, appliances and equipment. The Resident cannot ask for License fee rebates if the Premises do not include furniture, fixtures, appliances and equipment which the Resident assumed would be included.
