In accordance with the Corporate Governance Standard for the Civil Service, the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communication (hereinafter referred to as DECC), as parent Department to the Environmental Protection Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency), must ensure that there are robust and effective governance arrangements in place in the Agency.
