This Agreement is made and entered into as of January 1, 2016, by and between Caelum Research Corporation and Jacobs Technology Inc. operating under contract number W91CRB-15-C-0005 and any successor contract, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Data Collection Support Services (DCSS) COMPANIES” and International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge 1, Local Lodge 2424, hereinafter called the "Union." The terms or conditions or covenants contained herein represent the complete agreement between the DCSS COMPANIES and the Union and replaces all other agreements and practices.
