This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 1, 2014, by and between MEAS Ireland Limited, an Irish limited liability company with corporate offices located in Ballybrit Business Part, Galway, Ireland (the “Employer”), and Joe Gleeson (the “Executive”).
