This ESIGN and Electronic Disclosure Agreement (this “Disclosure”) is made between you and Kennebunk Savings Bank (“Bank”). As used in this Disclosure, the words “we”, “our”, and “us” mean the Bank; the words “you” and “your” mean the individual(s) identified on your Account(s). This Disclosure supplements and shall be construed consistently with the Personal Online Banking Service Agreement (the “Online Banking Agreement”). Terms not defined in this Disclosure shall have the meaning given to them in the Online Banking Agreement. Please read this Disclosure carefully and retain a copy for your records.
