This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of Capitala Senior Loan Fund II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Fund”), made and entered into as of December 20, 2018, is by and between Capitala Finance Corp., a Maryland corporation (the “BDC”) and Trinity Universal Insurance Company, a Texas corporation (“Trinity” and, together with the BDC, the “Members”).
