THIS AMENDMENT # 1 (the “Amendment”) is made to Original Contract # PB20400 (New Contract # PB040AA) (the “Contract”) by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the Office of General Services (hereinafter “State” or “OGS”) with its principal place of business at 41st Floor, Corning Tower, The Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 and POD, Inc. D/B/A POD (“Contractor”) with its principal place of business at 5971 Jefferson NE STE 101, Albuquerque, NM 87109. OGS and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
