In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Wasatch Citizen Ski Mountaineering Races, held periodically between November 25, 2013 and May 1, 2014 (the “Events”), related events and activities, the undersigned participant (“Participant”) acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
