February, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation, (the “Village”) and BAYSHORE YACHT AND TENNIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation (the “Association”). Collectively, the Village and the Association shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
