This Agreement together with the Governing Documents set out the terms of the contract between the Organizational Member and bSI, detailing the Organizational Member’s rights and obligations. It is therefore in your interests to read it carefully. Capitalised words not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in the Governing Documents.
