This Master Service Provider Agreement (as amended, the “MSPA”) is between Infocyte, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having an office at 3801 N Capital of Texas Hwy Suite D-120, Austin, TX 78746 (“Infocyte”) and the Infocyte customer who intends to use the Platform to provide security and other services to independent third parties and purchases an Infocyte “Professional” Subscription (“you”).
