THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on August 23, 2022, by and between the COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY“ and the CITY OF RANCHO CORDOVA, a California municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CITY.” Each entity is referred to as a Party (“Party”) to this Agreement and collectively both entities are referred to as the Parties (“Parties”).
