Term: This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year thereafter, and shall automatically renew for additional periods of one (1) year on each anniversary of the Effective Date unless either party provides the other party with written notice of non-renewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date (such initial term and all renewal terms, collectively the “Term”). Partner can terminate this Agreement for any reason or for no reason at any time upon ten (10) days prior written notice to Mod9 Technologies. This Agreement is also subject to early termination by either party as set forth in the Master Terms and Conditions.
