SCHEDULE “A” – SERVICES AND TERM(a) The Contractor shall provide the following services to VIU (the “Services”): Click here to enter text - See Schedule “A” for language and content recommendations. (b) Notwithstanding the date of execution of this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide the Services commencing on MONTH DAY, YEAR and ending on MONTH DAY, YEAR (the “Term”).
