This collective bargaining agreement (Agreement) is entered into by CHISPA Housing Management, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and Service Employees International Union, Local 521, AFL-CIO, CL C (hereinafter referred to as the Union). The Employer and the Union agree that harmonious labor/management relations are to be promoted and furthered to provide the highest quality service to the community and clients.
