WHEREAS the Licensee wishes to install, operate and maintain certain Radio Equipment (as defined below) in the rooftop mechanical room penthouse on Licensor's building located at 1285 Sandy Lane, in the City of Sarnia, Ontario (the "Building") and the Licensor has agreed to permit the Licensee to install, replace, maintain, repair, operate and remove the Radio Equipment on the Building on the terms and conditions set out herein.
