In connection with the provisions of the Enhanced Access to Public Records Act, MCL 15.441-45, and Genesee County’s Enhanced Access to Public Records Policy (Exhibit A), the County of Genesee agrees to provide access to, or output from, its digital geographic information system (GIS), as described in attached Exhibit B, subject to the provisions set forth below.
